• Display name
• Profile photo URL (if provided by Google)
• Authentication provider data

3.2 User Content

• Notes and related fields you create in the app, including name/title, location field, category, description, favorite status, and timestamps.

3.3 Subscription Data

• Premium entitlement status, plan, platform, and expiration timestamp.
• Purchase token is sent securely for server-side subscription verification.

3.4 Support/Report Data (if you submit a report)

• Account user ID (UID) linked to the report
• Message/description you provide
• Optional diagnostics: app version, Android version, device model, language
• Device resource stats (free storage/free RAM)

3.5 Permissions and Device Data

• Microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO) for speech-to-text only.
• Network state/internet access for sync/auth/subscription verification.

4. Microphone and Speech-to-Text

• We request microphone access only for speech-to-text features.
• We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers.
• Only resulting text is stored in your notes.
• Speech recognition may be processed by Android/Google speech services under their own terms.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide app features and account access
• Sync notes across devices (where cloud sync is enabled)
• Verify subscriptions
• Respond to support reports
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Legal Bases (where required)

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process data based on:

• Contractual necessity (providing the app)
• Legitimate interests (security, reliability, fraud prevention)
• Consent (where required, e.g., optional diagnostics)

We use trusted processors to operate the app:

• Subscription/entitlement records: as needed for service delivery, compliance, and dispute handling

Backups may persist temporarily before deletion cycles complete.
